This one hour is session is designed to help a client define and clarify their outcomes and/or create a roadmap to reach that outcome. • $500.00
30 Day Jump Start
Designed to achieve the maximum amount of growth in the shortest period of time, the 30 Day Jump Start • 5 session - 60 minutes each • $2,000.00
90 Day Outcome
Three months of coaching, 13 weeks of 45 minutes sessions, one per week, working on the specific outcome we determine. • 13 sessions - 60 minutes each • $4500.00
Journey
Based in on going sessions, designed around your specific needs • 2 sessions per month or 4 sessions per month • 45/60 minutes each - $275.00 per session

SMALL GROUP COACHING
Pod Sessions
This is a 90 minute session and is designed to help a group of people define and clarify their outcomes and/or create a roadmap to reach that outcome. You must have a group committed and be ready to work together to utilize this session level. We DO NOT pair you with people. YOU BRING YOUR OWN PEOPLE! The maximum number of people per group is 5 and the minimum is 3. If you are not sure if this is right for you and your group, let’s chat about it. • $600.00

Collectively, we have been in the coaching/development business for over 35 years total, have earned numerous certifications, with a total well over 70,000 hours of coaching experience, consistently coach and strategized with all types of people, performing in all types of roles, in all types of companies and routinely perform speaking and training events worldwide. In addition, every coach that works with Kim has been PERSONALLY trained by Kim as well as their own independent certifications and experience. The client experience is the same no matter what coach you are working with in your sessions.
Most of our one-on-one clients have been with us for over 5 years. That alone says a lot about the value we bring to our clients.
With this depth of a knowledge bank, you can feel secure knowing that we actually do know what we are doing and we are really, really great at what we do.
